Lead creative teams and oversee the visual execution of multi-channel campaigns.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide artistic direction to graphic designers, illustrators, and photographers.
• Develop visual strategies, mood boards, and storyboards to define project tone and style.
• Direct the creation of visual assets across print, digital, packaging, and advertising.
• Collaborate with copywriters and marketing professionals to ensure cohesive creative executions.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to final delivery, including resource allocation and timeline management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in art direction, creative direction, or a related creative industry role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Expertise in Graphic Design and Visual Communication.
• Proven ability to manage diverse creative projects and successful campaigns.
• Strong conceptual thinking and a keen eye for design aesthetics and detail.
• Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• A portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative work.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Art, Graphic Design, or Visual Communication.
