Description

You will design, implement, and maintain intelligent chatbot solutions using modern AI/ML frameworks.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI-based chatbot solutions using Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Rasa.
• Integrate chatbots with CRM systems, knowledge bases, and third-party APIs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to define workflows and use cases.
• Analyze chatbot interactions and user data to optimize performance and user experience.
• Ensure smooth handovers from chatbots to live agent systems while maintaining security and compliance standards.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI/ML or chatbot development.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with chatbot frameworks such as Dialogflow, Rasa, IBM Watson, or Azure Bot Services.
• Experience integrating chatbots into websites, mobile apps, and messaging platforms like WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Webhooks, and OAuth.
• Understanding of NLP techniques and conversational design best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with analytics tools to measure chatbot performance.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
