Description

You will build and deploy generative AI and machine learning solutions for automated document processing and customer service chatbots.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable software systems for text extraction, classification, and summarization.
• Develop data connectors to handle various formats including PDF, CSV, and DOC.
• Build and integrate API services and cloud-based architectures.
• Lead project teams and set technical direction for AI-driven products.
• Deploy enterprise-grade AI, computer vision, and natural language processing systems into production.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of full stack engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, Node.js, C/C++, or Java.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and text embeddings.
• Hands-on work with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience using vector databases such as Pinecone for information retrieval.
• Competency in designing architecture, API integrations, authentication, monitoring, and logging.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• 3 years of experience in technical leadership roles.
• 3 years of experience working within complex, matrixed organizations.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to self-supervised learning, transfer learning, and reinforcement learning.
