Develop and optimize AI models with a focus on Generative AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced AI models for Generative AI use cases.
• Implement prompt engineering and optimization techniques like RAG to improve response context and accuracy.
• Validate model effectiveness through rigorous testing and adhere to Responsible AI principles regarding fairness, privacy, and transparency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing organizational processes.
• Manage multiple use cases simultaneously to deliver results within established timelines.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in AI engineering or related roles.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Machine Learning.
• Experience with R.
• Knowledge of Generative AI technologies.
• Experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles, including risk and compliance measures.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
