You will design, develop, and optimize Generative AI models while integrating them into organizational processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain advanced AI models for Generative AI use cases.
• Implement prompt engineering and RAG techniques to improve response accuracy.
• Validate model effectiveness through rigorous testing and adhere to Responsible AI principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions.
• Manage multiple use cases to deliver results within established timelines.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in AI engineering or related roles.
• Proficiency in Python and R.
• Experience with Machine Learning and Generative AI technologies.
• Experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles, including risk and compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
