Description

You will design and implement AI-driven data architectures and strategies within a public sector context. You own the technical solutioning, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and maintain high data quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk and impact assessments for potential AI projects, focusing on data privacy, algorithmic bias, and mitigation of misuse.
• Collaborate with the Chief Data Officer to develop AI roadmaps and identify feasible use cases.
• Evaluate technical proposals for soundness, specifically regarding model performance, security, and compliance.
• Support the development of operational processes and procedures for the use of AI.
• Translate complex technical concepts for cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI and data architecture or management.
• Deep technical knowledge of AI/ML tools and models, including AWS SageMaker and Google AI Studio.
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms including AWS and GCP.
• Proficiency with big data technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, and BigQuery.
• Strong understanding of data architecture principles and big data workloads.
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles and ethical considerations.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• NIST AI Framework training or certification.
