Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in customer experience or related roles.
• 0-2 years of people management experience.
• Strong understanding of AI tools including chatbots, machine learning, and natural language processing.
• Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Customer Data Integration.
• Experience managing Customer Interaction and Customer Service workflows.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interactive skills for working in client environments.
