Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI solutions from conceptualization through production deployment.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and efficiency via rigorous data cleaning and pre-processing.
• Test and validate solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and robustness.
• Research new AI techniques and algorithms to maintain technical relevance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in AI development.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Solid foundation in statistical analysis and data analysis.
• Ability to identify patterns in data and communicate insights through visualizations.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
