Description

You will own the product's AI capabilities from concept through to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development and performance of AI agents, tracking accuracy and optimizing continuously.
• Build and maintain AI systems using agent orchestration frameworks and fine-tuned models for specific tasks.
• Manage AI integration points across the product, ensuring seamless interaction between AI components and underlying systems.
• Enhance data pipelines to improve availability and quality for all agents.
• Optimize prompts and implement architectural improvements for efficient agent maintenance and system troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience building production AI agents and ML systems.
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
• Experience fine-tuning transformer models like BERT or GPT.
• Strong understanding of ML deployment and MLOps practices.
• Proven ability to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing products.
• Experience with vector databases.
• Ability to architect scalable solutions and drive cross-functional projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with 5+ years working with AI technologies.
