Description

Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models and analytical solutions for business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data science to add value.
• Design experiments and A/B tests to evaluate product and feature performance.
• Build predictive models, optimization algorithms, or forecasting systems.
• Analyze large complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Python or R and strong SQL skills.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, experimental design, and causal inference.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Plotly, or Dash.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical problems.
• Familiarity with data science best practices, including code documentation and reproducibility.
