You design, build, and deploy Generative AI and NLP solutions that integrate into production systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced Generative AI models to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing infrastructure.
• Develop scalable and efficient AI algorithms to enhance product capabilities.
• Conduct research on the latest NLP and AI advancements to keep solutions current.
• Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Generative AI, NLP, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Proven track record of deploying AI models in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Strong foundation in Machine Learning and Deep Learning principles.
• Ability to perform data analysis to support model development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloud Computing platforms.
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
