Description

You will design, develop, and maintain GenAI-powered conversational systems and virtual assistants.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement and fine-tune Rasa components (NLU, Core, Actions) for natural dialogue management.
• Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) into conversational flows for enhanced language understanding.
• Build, evaluate, and deploy Python-based GenAI services for voice and chat interfaces.
• Develop custom NLU pipelines and prompt engineering strategies.
• Optimize system latency, response quality, and model efficiency in production environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in relevant engineering roles.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including data structures, APIs, and backend development.
• Hands-on experience with Rasa framework (NLU, dialogue management, custom actions).
• Proven experience building or integrating GenAI models (GPT, Claude, Llama) into conversational systems.
• Experience with voice or speech interfaces (Twilio, Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow, or Web Speech API).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms like AWS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience optimizing model efficiency and latency in production.
