Description

Ship and maintain production AI agents, RAG pipelines, and orchestration systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents with tool calling, evaluation, and observability.
• Integrate across model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex) balancing cost, latency, and accuracy.
• Develop cloud-native backends using microservices, containers, CI/CD, and IaC.
• Deploy, monitor, debug, and optimize AI systems in production environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Production AI/LLM systems shipped, including agents and RAG.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Java.
• Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major AI platform (OpenAI, Claude, or Vertex).
• Implementation of observability and evaluation frameworks for AI systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agent frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Background in multi-agent or distributed AI systems.
