Description

You will lead the development of an agentic automation framework that translates conversational intent into autonomous workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build a scalable backend framework to orchestrate tasks using microservices, external APIs, scrapers, and RPA/VMs.
• Integrate LLMs to parse user intent, extract tasks, and dynamically plan automation flows.
• Architect modular systems to accommodate new services and integrations without major refactoring.
• Optimize inference pipelines and agent operations to ensure low latency and high availability in production.
• Manage web-based tasks via RPA or VM-based strategies to replicate human browser actions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience building backend systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.
• Deep familiarity with REST, GraphQL, or gRPC.
• Experience with cloud environments including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with web scraping, headless browsers, or RPA tools.
• Ability to architect large-scale, distributed, and extensible systems.
• Experience deploying LLM models in production environments.
• Knowledge of containerization and microservices architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record with agent-based frameworks like LangChain.
• Experience with GPU/CPU optimization and container orchestration.
