Description

Design, develop, and implement AI solutions to improve clinical and operational outcomes. You will lead the deployment of AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows.
• Monitor and evaluate AI solution performance to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
• Assess security measures and ensure all implementations comply with HIPAA and GDPR regulations.
• Manage AI projects from conception through deployment, including documentation and stakeholder coordination.
• Research new AI technologies and provide recommendations for tool adoption.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in AI-related roles.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Java.
• Experience integrating AI into existing technical workflows.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as HIPAA and GDPR.
• Ability to manage project lifecycles from planning to post-implementation review.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and security audits for data systems.
• Any Graduate degree.
