Description

Build and ship production AI agents, RAG systems, and orchestration layers with full observability and evaluation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents using RAG, tool calling, and orchestration patterns.
• Integrate multiple model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex, open-source) balancing cost, latency, and accuracy.
• Architect cloud-native backends using microservices, containers, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Deploy, monitor, debug, and optimize AI systems in production environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Shipped production AI/LLM systems including agents, RAG, and orchestration.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Terraform.
• Experience with observability tools for debugging and monitoring.
• Practical experience with at least one major AI platform (OpenAI, Claude, or Vertex).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agent frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Background in multi-agent or distributed AI systems.
• Enterprise integration experience.
