Lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative and Agentic AI solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build AI/ML models and intelligent workflows using Python.
• Design and deploy GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Develop and optimize AI pipelines for performance and scalability.
• Implement prompt engineering and agent orchestration techniques.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.
• Strong expertise in Python for AI and ML development.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience in AI model development, deployment, and optimization.
• Ability to monitor, evaluate, and improve AI model performance and reliability.

Preferred Skills

• Machine Learning experience is an added advantage.
