Description

Lead the technical direction and implementation of generative AI and machine learning applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy applications involving AI, ML, or Generative AI.
• Propose and review system architectures and team technical output.
• Evaluate various AI models and tools to determine project fit.
• Manage technical teams and conduct meetings with business stakeholders and executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Python experience.
• Experience with AI APIs such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity.
• Experience experimenting with local LLMs like Llama or Mistral.
• Practical knowledge of Embeddings and Vector Databases.
• Proficiency in Machine Learning and R.
• Experience with AWS.
• Technical team management experience at a Lead or Dev Manager level.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with senior management.

Preferred Skills

• Broad experience in traditional AI/ML beyond Generative AI.
