You will translate complex business challenges into scalable machine learning solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI/ML opportunities.
• Design and implement models using Python (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, NLP).
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to extract insights.
• Develop scalable ML pipelines and deploy models using MLOps best practices.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in machine learning, data science, or AI consulting.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• Strong Python programming skills with NumPy, pandas, SciKit-learn.
• Experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Proficiency in MLOps frameworks: MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong grasp of statistics, data wrangling, and feature engineering.
• Experience with NLP or time series forecasting.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
