Description

You will lead the development and execution of AI-driven products specifically for the banking and financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI solutions in financial services.
• Lead the end-to-end product development process from ideation to launch, managing the product backlog and prioritizing features.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and designers to integrate AI models and algorithms into functional products.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate product progress, vision, and outcomes to banking clients and executive leadership.
• Execute go-to-market plans, including pricing, positioning, and messaging, while ensuring compliance with banking regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of product management experience with a focus on AI-driven products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Finance.
• Deep understanding of banking and financial services, including core banking systems, payments, lending, and risk management.
• Technical knowledge of AI/ML technologies, data analytics, and cloud computing.
• Experience applying Agile development methodologies and tools.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of launching successful AI products.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within fintech companies or financial institutions.
• Familiarity with AI ethics, explainability, and financial regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with customer journey mapping and user experience design.
