Description

Lead Agile delivery for an AI-focused team by facilitating ceremonies and driving continuous improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments to progress and shield the team from external distractions.
• Collaborate with product owners to refine user stories and prioritize the backlog.
• Maintain transparency through Scrum board management and progress tracking.
• Coach the team on Agile principles to foster a self-organizing environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
• Deep understanding of Scrum theory, rules, and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA or Trello.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional coordination and resolve dependencies.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience coaching teams toward continuous improvement and self-organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a proactive manner.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM.
