Description

You design, develop, and maintain AI/ML models, with a focus on fine-tuning LLMs using Google Cloud Vertex AI for enterprise applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain orchestration frameworks to integrate AI engines with internal platforms and services.
• Implement MLOps practices including model versioning, monitoring, drift detection, and automated retraining workflows.
• Evaluate model performance using defined metrics such as accuracy, latency, and effectiveness, and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with data engineering and cloud teams to ensure data quality, feature engineering, and secure model deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, AI systems development, or applied AI research.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI) and LLM fine-tuning.
• Proficiency in Python-based ML development using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience in building orchestration frameworks and applying MLOps practices.
• Proven ability in model evaluation and designing scalable AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of data governance and enterprise AI integration.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
