Description

You will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, with a strong focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), to solve complex business problems in the financial domain. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for model training and inference, ensuring data quality and reliability.
• Develop and deploy RESTful APIs using FastAPI to expose ML models as services for internal and external consumption.
• Monitor model performance in production, identify areas for improvement, and implement retraining strategies.
• Collaborate with data scientists to experiment with algorithms, optimizing model performance and accuracy.
• Contribute to ML engineering best practices, including model versioning, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning.
• Expertise in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Proven ability to build and deploy RESTful APIs using FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts and experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial domain or with AI-powered financial platforms.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
