Description

You will manage and maintain IBM i (AS400) systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. You will also develop programming solutions and coordinate security protocols.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage IBM i system administration, support, and infrastructure components.
• Develop and implement programming solutions using RPG, CL, and SQL.
• Perform system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and job scheduling.
• Coordinate system backups, recovery processes, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with teams to modernize legacy applications and integrate with APIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of extensive experience with IBM i (AS400) systems administration.
• Proficiency in AS400 programming languages: RPG, CL, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of IBM System architecture and infrastructure.
• Experience with system performance tuning and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of backup/recovery tools and compliance best practices.
• Any Graduate degree.
