Description

Develop, maintain, and support AS400 applications using RPGLE, CLLE, and DB2/400.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AS400 applications using RPGLE, CLLE, and DB2/400.
• Analyse and implement complex business logic with minimal supervision.
• Design and implement integration solutions using XML, JSON, and REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and support UAT and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in AS400 programs and interfaces.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in development roles.
• Expertise in AS400 programming, specifically RPGLE and CLLE.
• Proficiency in DB2/400 database management.
• Experience designing integration solutions using Web Services.
• Familiarity with XML and JSON data formats.
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP standards.
• Experience operating within Agile frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience supporting production deployments.
