Description

You will design, develop, and maintain applications on the IBM AS400 platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize RPG (ILE RPG, RPG IV) and CL programs.
• Develop and maintain DB2/400 database objects, including tables, indexes, and stored procedures.
• Troubleshoot production issues and maintain existing AS400 applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and IT teams to gather requirements and perform system analysis.
• Monitor system performance and participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an AS400 Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong programming skills in RPG (ILE RPG, RPG IV) and CL scripting.
• Experience with DB2/400 databases and SQL programming.
• Knowledge of IBM iSeries system operations and tools.
• Proficiency with Query/400 and Data Description Specifications (DDS).
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience using third-party utilities.
• Any Graduate degree.
