Description

You will lead technical development for AS400 applications and guide a small team of developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development and mentor a team of 2–3 developers.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Design, build, and configure AS400 applications to meet business needs.
• Perform coding and unit testing to ensure successful development phases.
• Lead and mentor offshore teams within an onshore–offshore delivery model.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in AS400 development.
• 8+ years of experience in RPGLE.
• 6+ years of experience in CLLE, Synon, and COBOL.
• 4+ years of experience leading AS400 development teams.
• 4+ years of experience working with ILE.
• 4+ years of experience working in Agile development environments.
• Expertise in Modern RPG, DB2, and AS400 tools including Hawkeye, Aldon, and RDi.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of ILE concepts and modern AS400 development practices.
