Description

Develop and maintain systems within an AS/400 environment, translating functional requirements into technical specifications. Provide production support, lead small teams, and operate within an agile framework.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications in the AS/400 environment.
• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical system requirements.
• Provide production support for existing applications.
• Lead small teams (1-3 members) to deliver work across technical and functional departments.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Proficiency with AS/400, RPGLE, CLLE, DB2, and SQL.
• Experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Analytical skills for problem-solving in a global delivery environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Three years of progressive specialty experience in lieu of each year of education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading small teams in an agile development environment.
• Collaboration with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
