You will develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the AS400 platform, collaborating with teams to deliver reliable solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and implement applications using AS400, RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, and CLLE/400.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.
• Maintain and enhance existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize business disruption.
• Document technical specifications and project progress for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in AS400 development.
• Proficiency in RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, and RPG ILE Concepts.
• Experience with DB2/400 and SQL/400.
• Knowledge of CLLE/400 and job schedulers.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
