Description

You will develop, maintain, and debug applications on the AS/400 platform, owning the full software development lifecycle from requirements to implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using ILE RPG, RPG Free, and CL.
• Design and manage database objects using DB2/400.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and documentation.
• Execute unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability.
• Troubleshoot existing applications to maintain system stability and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AS/400 development.
• Proficiency in RPG (ILE RPG, RPG Free) and CL.
• Experience with DB2/400 database design and maintenance.
• Full software development lifecycle experience.
• Ability to perform system analysis and code optimization.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience modernizing applications via Web Interfaces or API Integrations.
• Knowledge of Java, PHP, or Web Services.
• Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) on AS/400.
