Description

You will develop and maintain applications on the iSeries platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain code using RPG, RPG ILE, and SQLRPGLE.
• Develop control language programs using CLP and CLLE.
• Manage database operations and implement SQL concepts.
• Handle screen programming and ILE programming tasks.
• Integrate Message Queue (MQ), MQ Triggers, and XML tags within RPG programs.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in AS400 or iSeries development.
• Strong proficiency in RPG and RPG ILE.
• Experience with SQLRPGLE and core SQL concepts.
• Expertise in Control Language (CLP/CLLE).
• Hands-on experience with screen programming.
• Knowledge of ILE programming environments.
• Familiarity with Message Queue (MQ) and MQ Triggers.
• Ability to work with XML tags in RPG programs.
