Description

You will develop and maintain AS400 applications using RPG, SQL, and ILE programming.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize code in RPG, RPG ILE, and SQLRPGLE.
• Develop screen programming interfaces and manage database structures using SQL.
• Implement Control Language (CLP/CLLE) for job control and automation.
• Integrate Message Queue (MQ) triggers and handle XML tags within RPG programs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with IBM iSeries/AS400 development.
• Strong proficiency in RPG, RPG ILE, and SQLRPGLE.
• Experience with Control Language (CLP/CLLE).
• Proficiency in SQL concepts and database management.
• Knowledge of screen programming and ILE programming techniques.
• Familiarity with Message Queue (MQ), MQ Triggers, and XML tags in RPG.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction.
