Description

You will develop and maintain applications on the IBM AS/400 iSeries platform, translating client requirements into technical designs and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and maintain RPG/CL programs using Integrated Language Environment (ILE).
• Build sub-procedures, subroutines, and service programs.
• Translate client requirements into technical design documents and present them to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with IBM AS/400 iSeries and RPGLE programming.
• Proficiency in Integrated Language Environment (ILE).
• Experience with SEU, PDM, DFU, and spool files.
• Working knowledge of iSeries Navigator and Integrated File System (IFS).
• Ability to create and debug complex RPG/CL programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Web Services, XML, HTML, and JavaScript.
