Description

Lead technical development and execution on the AS400 platform, guiding a small team to deliver functional solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive AS400 development using RPGLE, Synon, and COBOL.
• Lead a team of 2-3 developers through project execution.
• Interact directly with client technical contacts and internal business users.
• Analyze technical stack requirements to implement functional solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of AS400 development experience.
• 8+ years of RPGLE experience.
• 6+ years of Synon experience.
• 6+ years of COBOL experience.
• 6+ years of CLLE experience.
• 4+ years of experience leading AS400 development teams.
• 4+ years of experience with ILE.
• 4+ years of experience in Agile environments.
• Proficiency in DB2, Hawkeye, Aldon, and RDi.

Preferred Skills

• RxClaim PBM experience.
