Description

You will own L3 application support and incident resolution for AS/400 environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, diagnose, and analyze L3 application incidents from receipt to resolution.
• Collaborate with client groups to perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Manage Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents, providing status updates to clients every 60 minutes.
• Document detailed resolution steps within Incident, Change, and Problem Management systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AS/400 environments.
• Proficiency in RPGLE and RPG.
• Strong command of SQL.
• Experience with CL and CLLE.
• Bachelor's degree.
