Description

You will provide L2 production support for AS400 (IBM i)–based loan servicing systems in a banking environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform incident investigation, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement root fixes for AS400 systems.
• Execute DB2 for i (DB2/400) query-based analysis to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Support batch jobs, online transactions, and end-to-end loan servicing workflows.
• Collaborate with business users, SMEs, and L3 support teams to resolve complex issues.
• Deliver clear technical updates and business-friendly status communication to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with AS400 / IBM i systems.
• Good knowledge of DB2 for i (SQL) for root analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience in production support within banking or financial services systems.
• Exposure to incident management tools (ServiceNow preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• 5+ years of relevant working experience.
