Description

Lead development projects on the AS/400 platform, providing technical direction for system processes and mainframe-related tasks.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts using RPGLE and Synon to deliver robust application solutions.
• Manage and optimize system processes through CLLE scripting and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight for AS/400 and mainframe environments.
• Oversee code quality, implementation standards, and deployment within the legacy stack.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AS/400 development.
• Strong proficiency in RPGLE programming.
• Direct experience with Synon application development.
• Competency in CLLE for system process management.
• Background in mainframe consulting or dedicated AS/400 environments.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading development teams or mentoring junior developers.
• Familiarity with modern integration patterns for legacy systems.
