Description

You will develop and maintain applications within an AS/400 environment, managing the full development lifecycle from analysis to unit testing. You handle implementation and production support while interacting directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute analysis, design, coding, and unit testing phases.
• Manage implementation processes and customer interactions.
• Perform production support tasks as required.
• Maintain existing AS/400 applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on AS/400 development experience.
• Proficiency in RPG and RPGLE.
• Experience with CL and CLLE.
• Knowledge of DB400 and SQLRPGLE.
• Strong understanding of ILE concepts.
• Proven experience in the retail industry for at least 1 year.
• Ability to manage full development lifecycle phases.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Agile methodology knowledge.
• Production support experience.
