Description

You will develop and maintain applications within an IBM i (AS/400) environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using RPG/RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, and CL.
• Design and optimize SQL queries working with DB2/400 databases.
• Integrate systems and develop APIs, including managing JSON structures within RPGLE programs.
• Debug batch processes, manage JOBQs, and resolve MSGW conditions.
• Prepare functional requirement documents and technical design documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in RPG/RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, and CL programming.
• Proficiency with DB2/400 databases.
• Hands-on experience with MSGW conditions and system integration.
• Ability to work with IFS and FTP for file handling.
• Experience with API development and JSON.
• Experience managing JOBQs and batch debugging.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with XML, Java, and Aldon change management.
• Background in Warehousing or Retail domains.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
