Description

Manage AS400 systems within a core banking environment, covering Remittance, Loan, Trade Finance, and Treasury domains.

You will own the full software development life cycle (SDLC) from system design to production support.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and monitor computer systems, applications, and networks.
• Perform root cause analysis and execute recovery procedures for production issues.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose hardware and network interruption problems during client meetings.
• Maintain detailed logs of system updates and organize hardware documentation and warranties.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AS400 environments.
• Proficiency in RPG and RPGLE.
• Experience with CL and CLLE.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience in both application development and production support.
• Background in system design and program specification analysis.
• Domain knowledge in Core Banking (Remittance, Loan, Trade Finance, Treasury).
• Ability to troubleshoot network interruptions and hardware failures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with COBOL.
