Description

You will lead the design and development of AS400 applications for a small technical team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3-5 resources through design, coding, and unit testing.
• Design, build, and configure applications to meet specific business processes.
• Coordinate with customers to gather requirements and ensure successful execution.
• Manage project delivery within an Agile framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AS400 development.
• Expertise in Modern RPG and Synon application development.
• Mandatory experience with RxClaim PBM.
• Strong proficiency in DB2 concepts.
• Proven experience as a technical architect or team lead.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
