Description

You will develop and maintain core systems using AS400 and Synon, guiding development efforts while performing hands-on coding.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze functional and technical requirements, refining them with business and capability teams.
• Perform hands-on coding and commit control for core system maintenance.
• Partner with team members to build efficient solutions and contribute to the technology roadmap.
• Apply strong functional knowledge of core PBM functions including adjudication, pricing, and benefit plans.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of hands-on coding experience in CA/2E (Synon), including programming and commit control.
• 8+ years of hands-on coding experience in COBOL AS400 and/or Cobol ILE.
• Proficiency with iSeries, SYNON, COBOL, AS400 (Mid-Range), ILE, and CLLE.
• Experience working with ACMS/MOM.
• Exposure to DB2400.
• Familiarity with SQL and Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Bachelor's degree.
