Description

You will develop and maintain core systems using AS400 and Synon.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand functional and technical requirements.
• Work with business and capability teams to refine requirements.
• Guide development efforts while performing hands-on coding.
• Partner with team members to build efficient solutions.
• Contribute to the technology roadmap, both functionally and technically.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of hands-on coding experience in CA/2E (Synon), including programming and commit control.
• 8+ years of hands-on coding experience in COBOL AS400 and/or Cobol ILE.
• Strong functional knowledge of core PBM functions (adjudication, pricing, accumulators, MED D Pricing, benefit plan, patient pay, and regulations).
• Exposure to DB2400.
• Proficiency with iSeries, SYNON, COBOL, AS400 (Mid-Range), ILE, and CLLE.
• Experience working with ACMS/MOM.
• Familiarity with SQL and Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Bachelor's degree.
