Description

You will lead the design, development, and enhancement of AS/400-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain programs using COBOL/400, RPG, and CLLE.
• Analyze business requirements for Medicare & Medicaid and translate them to technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and guide team best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high-quality software deliverables.
• Participate in system integration, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in AS/400 application development and support.
• Strong experience with AS/400 COBOL (COBOL/400).
• Proficiency in AS/400 RPG.
• Hands-on experience with SYNON (CA 2E).
• Experience working in an offshore–onshore delivery model.
• Good understanding of Medicare & Medicaid Claims and Payer systems.
• Experience in Healthcare Pharmacy Claims Adjudication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
