Description

Lead a 4-5 member team in the Core Banking Deposit domain, ensuring quality delivery for BAU, enhancements, and projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage team outputs for Business-As-Usual, enhancements, and project initiatives to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Oversee team financial management, balancing project funding against resource spending.
• Conduct technical and implementation reviews to maintain strict delivery standards.
• Lead and influence team members through proactive problem-solving and decisive action.

Required Skills

• Over 10 years of experience in AS400 system development.
• Minimum 5 years working with Silverlake Integrated Banking System (SIBKS), specifically in core banking deposits.
• Proficiency in RPG/ILE and AS400 CL.
• Extensive experience with project and change implementations within the financial industry.
• Strong application analysis, design, and system integration skills within the SIBS Deposit environment.
• Ability to perform detailed code reviews.
• Proven experience leading teams in a technical capacity.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex implementations.
