Description

You will develop and maintain applications within the IBM AS400/iSeries environment, converting functional requirements into technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain code using RPG, CL, ILE, COBOL, and Free Format.
• Manage database operations using SQLRPGLE and DB2/400.
• Handle FTP processes and protocols.
• Guide junior team members and work independently on complex tasks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IBM AS400/iSeries application development.
• Expertise in RPG, CL, ILE, COBOL, and Free Format.
• Proficiency in SQLRPGLE and DB2/400.
• Hands-on experience with SDA, RLU, SEU, DBU, and DFU.
• Experience with AS400 tools including ROBOT, IBM Job Scheduler, Aldon, SEQUEL, and Label.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP applications such as Infor Mapics.
• Knowledge of EDI/Trusted Link mappings.
