Description

You will deliver emulation and prototyping models from RTL using industry-standard platforms to support pre-silicon validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop emulation testbenches using SystemVerilog and C/C++.
• Build and execute emulation test plans to ensure model quality and assist pre-silicon validation.
• Drive emulation methodologies for hardware verification and software development.
• Develop emulation tools, workflows, and infrastructure for debug, runtime, and data analysis.
• Bring up and debug PCIe, DDR, and generic SoC interfaces.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with EDA tools and scripting languages for complex emulation environments.
• Proficiency with Palladium, Protium, ZeBu, or HAPS platforms.
• Experience with Veloce Virtual Lab or Veloce Power.
• Strong SystemVerilog, UVM, and C/C++ skills for modeling RTL components and transactors.
• Expertise in Python and TCL scripting for tool and flow development.
• Experience with simulation acceleration, in-circuit emulation, speed bridges, and virtual prototyping.
• Ability to manage compilation and build flows, including building images from scratch.
• Experience architecting emulation systems for IP blocks, SoCs, or multi-chip systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Background in post-silicon bring-up and reproducing issues on emulators.
• Partner with vendors to debug issues and deploy new emulation capabilities.
