Description

You will own the development and optimization of scalable backend systems using the .NET framework and SQL Server.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize backend applications using ASP.NET MVC, C#, and SQL Server.
• Design database structures and implement stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data retrieval and analytics.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for system data exchange.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing code for performance and security.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in backend development using .NET, C#, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Entity Framework (EF) or EF Core.
• Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming, multi-threading, and caching techniques.
• Experience with authentication mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, or Identity Server.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git or TFS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET Core, Microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of message queuing systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases including MongoDB or Redis.
