Description

You will develop and maintain n-tier web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Web API within a hybrid role based in Albany, NY.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Web API for n-tier deployment.
• Design and implement database schemas, stored procedures, and queries using Oracle PL/SQL.
• Develop secure service integrations via WCF, SOAP, and RESTful APIs, including message and queue processing.
• Manage source code, CI/CD pipelines, and releases using Team Foundation Server and GitLab.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, business analysts, and architects to define requirements and delivery timelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, and Web API.
• 8+ years of experience with front-end technologies: HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS.
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle database design, PL/SQL, and stored procedures.
• 8+ years of experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), WCF, and Enterprise Service Bus.
• 7+ years of experience with Team Foundation Server and GitLab for CI/CD and source control.
• 2+ years of experience handling HIPAA PHI, HL7, and FHIR healthcare data standards.
• 2+ years of experience with user provisioning and authentication using OKTA, LDAP, and RSA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with dynamic link library management through package managers.
• Background in healthcare application development.
