Description

Maintain and support the Grant Electronic Monitoring System (GEMS) and Michigan Administrative Review System (MARS). You will analyze, design, and implement updates for web-based applications on the Microsoft platform.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the existing ASP.NET 4.0 and VB.NET codebase for grant monitoring and reporting.
• Collaborate with business clients to gather requirements and develop solutions for complex systems.
• Support the full application lifecycle, including programming, testing, and implementation.
• Develop and manage data-driven application features.
• Work independently to deliver requested changes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an ASP.NET application developer.
• 8+ years of experience developing systems with Microsoft SQL Server.
• 6+ years of experience writing SQL.
• 5+ years of experience with jQuery, AJAX, and JavaScript.
• 3+ years of experience with CSS3 or higher.
• Proficiency in VB.NET.
• Experience in the analysis, design, and support of web-based applications.
